Why can't I watch the DVDs on my TV/DVD player?
We have designed the DVD-rom to be used interactively on your computer, through the internet browser. It is compatible with both Mac and PC computers. We think that a calibrated computer screen is a much better than a TV when it comes to viewing the color critical content on this Hi-definition DVD, and anyone interested this DVD is bound to have access to a computer. The first DVD also contains supplied work files and tool presets that you can copy to your hard-drive.
Do you offer digital downloads?
No. Although we do e-books as digital downloads, the sheer size of the content exceeds 8 gb, and we feel that a tangible product is better for this training series. The advantage to ordering a DVD is that it organizes the lectures with menu navigation.
How are your products shipped?
The DVDs are shipped with a SIGNED FOR service, which is tracked. Please make sure there is someone to sign for it. If you prefer to have the package delivered for example to a work address, please notify us straight away as you make the order.
Why do you list the price in GBP Pounds?
We are based in the UK, and with the recent fluctuation of the Dollar and Euro, it makes sense to list the price in Pounds. Paypal or your credit card company will automatically convert the amount of your order based on the current exchange rate. To see the current exchange rate visit the Universal Currency Converter.
I'm getting an error when trying to purchase with credit card
This may be due to fraud prevention measures from the payment processor. Make sure that your name and delivery address match the address your card is registered to. If you want delivery to another address or if your credit card address/paypal address contains errors, please contact us straight away after making the purchase with the amended details. If you still have problems, please note your error code and check out this page. If you still cannot get an answer please email us with the exact time & timezone when you attempted to make the purchase, and the full name and type of card you used. We can then contact Paypal, who also process the credit cards.
Are there countries you don't ship to?
We ship world wide. As long as your address is correct and there is someone to sign for it. Some countries are slower than others. If in doubt please contact us.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final and non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before submitting your final purchase as we do not refund or exchange orders. If you encounter a problem with your order we will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If a DVD should be damaged in shipping or prove to be defective copy we will replace the disc with a new one. This guarantee is valid up to 60 days after the date of purchase. We will not replace obviously scratched DVDs or mislaid DVDs.
Can I order over the phone or by e-mail?
We do not sell DVDs over the phone, because your day may well be our night, here in the UK. On the rare occasion that someone has problems ordering online, we will process your order if you email us with your full address, payment preference and preferred email address, as well as landline telephone number or Skype number.
How can I contact you in the event of a problem?
Eureka Imaging Publications handles all the orders from Eureka and Gry Garness, and can be contacted by email. Emails will be checked daily and you will receive a response within 24 hours.
Can I share my purchased tutorials?
No. This is copyrighted material, and 'sharing' the contents will discourage us from repeating the enormous amount of work that it takes to produce this DVD. We also believe that this is a training programme that should be seen as a complete entity.
